My coaching services rely exclusively on phone/email communication.

Clients and I have found coaching by phone to be efficient, effective and very flexible. As long as we are both, (yes! me too!), open to change and growth, then coaching becomes deeply transformative.

During this free consultation we can explore together:

• How life coaching can help you
• How we will structure the sessions to best meet your needs
  
• The immediate challenges that you would like to address.

Coaching Services - Step 2:

After we agree to work together, I will send you the Welcome Packet.

This includes a coaching and confidentiality agreement, appropriate assessments and payment agreement.

Coaching Services - Step 3:

I will call you at the agreed upon date and time to begin your coaching session.
